You will drive product assortment across all stores, work with the stores to curate perfected assortment based on each region/store need, and be the voice for retail with the brand leaders.PAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK The Reward:PAGE-BREAK This person will be instrumental and proactive in helping the business to achieve sales goals through product/inventory management and cross-functional partnerships with marketing and onsite merchandising.
In partnership with the retail fleet this role will help develop and execute strategies to maximize growth and minimize riskPAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK PAGE-BREAK Who are we looking for?PAGE-BREAK To be successful in this role you will have:PAGE-BREAK Previous experience buying soft goodsPAGE-BREAK Strong retail math skillPAGE-BREAK The ability to analyze and generate accurate sales, turn, and margin reportsPAGE-BREAK The ability to evaluate selling and reporting weekly/monthly to leadershipPAGE-BREAK Collaborate with Brand specific marketing teams to develop POP and Window SignagePAGE-BREAK Execute assortment plans to meet seasonal sales and margin targetsPAGE-BREAK OTB and Inventory ManagementPAGE-BREAK Industry knowledge is a huge plusPAGE-BREAK Excellent organization skills PAGE-BREAK
