In this role, you will guide individuals through career transitions, professional development, and goal-setting to help them achieve meaningful career outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one career coaching and counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and background Develop personalized career development plans, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search strategies Offer guidance on professional growth, skill-building, and navigating career transitions Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, set expectations, and track progress Stay current with industry trends and labor market insights to provide relevant, actionable advice Required Skills Proven experience in Career Coaching or Career Counseling Strong communication and active listening skills Deep understanding of professional development frameworks and methodologies Ability to work independently in a remote environment Background in education or workforce development is a strong plus This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per hour based on experience and expertise.
