You might be our person if you: Love to cook and take pride in food that's done right Are organized: clean prep lists, smart ordering, tidy walk-ins, systems that hold up Lead by teaching, not by yelling Want a calm, focused kitchen where good work and good people come first Enjoy late-night energy (evening, late-night, and weekend shifts expected) What you'll do Run a great kitchen: Keep prep and execution timely, the kitchen and storage clean and organized, and jump on the line when the team needs you.
Build your team: Train on prep, safety, and systems. Coach in the moment, give real feedback, and create a kitchen people want to work in. Own the numbers: Manage labor and food costs, control portioning and waste, do weekly inventory, and partner with management on budgets. Keep it safe: Uphold health codes and L+S sanitation standards, keep safety and temp logs current, and make sure equipment is in good shape.
Work as one team: Partner closely with FOH so bar and kitchen run seamlessly.
