The Clinical Pharmacist serves as a pharmaceutical caregiver by efficiently designing, recommending, monitoring, and evaluating patient specific pharmacotherapy to ensure optimal outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacist works closely with the Medical and Nursing staff to ensure Patients receive their safe therapeutic treatment informed by best practice. The post-holder will be familiar with all aspects of a hospital pharmacy service including verification and dispensing of medications used for treatment at Naufar.
The Clinical Pharmacist serves as a Pharmacy resource for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Medical and Nursing staff, as well as other Healthcare Professionals. The Clinical Pharmacist must comply with all the rules governing the role of a pharmacist as issued by the State of Qatar.
