Position : Code 10 Driver - Johannesburg We are looking for a Code 10 Driver. Code 10 Driver responsible for safely and efficiently operating medium-duty vehicles to deliver goods or transport passengers, while ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and has strong knowledge of road routes and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities Operate a Code 10 vehicle (truck, delivery vehicle, or minibus) safely and responsibly.
Transport goods, equipment, or passengers as assigned. Inspect the vehicle daily to ensure roadworthiness and report any faults. Keep accurate delivery, trip, or log records. Load and unload goods; ensure cargo is secured properly. Follow assigned routes and schedules; adapt to changes as necessary. Maintain professional conduct and excellent customer service during deliveries. Adhere to road safety, traffic regulations, and company policies.
Assist with basic vehicle maintenance (oil, water, tire checks). Required profile for job ad : Code 10 Driver - Johannesburg Valid Code 10 (C1) driver’s licence . Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) — Goods or Passenger depending on job type. Minimum of 1 year driving experience . Clean driving record (no major traffic offenses). Good knowledge of local and regional routes. Physically fit and able to load/unload goods if required.
