Construction Staff Accountant

Construction Staff Accountant - Responsibilities Include: Provide financial statements, prepare taxes and other financial statements as needed Reconcile monthly bank accounts as well as credit accounts Provide timely billing to customers Ability to enter invoices into Accounting Software as well as reconcile accounts monthly Provide weekly job cost reporting to Senior Management Set up new vendor accounts as required Cross training will also be mandatory for Human Resources, Payroll and Purchasing responsibilities Qualifications: 4 Year degree in Accounting preferred Previous experience in Construction Industry Fundamental knowledge of Sage Accounting Software Solid computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Work effectively with both customers and internal Project Management team and represent Appellation Construction Services in a professional manner at all times Excellent communication skills Strong work ethic with attention to detail Effective time management and prioritization skills Click here to apply online
