Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies (e.g., ADOS-2), state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird's mission and values Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated experience recruiting specialty providers (e.g., Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators) 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Greenhouse and Gem preferred) About the Company Blackbird Health is clinician-founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals.
