Contract Legal Assistant/paralegal

This is a part-time, contract, remote role for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Shearer Law & Mediation APC. The role involves drafting disclosure documents using CLIO Draft, document preparation, some communication with clients and courts, maintaining calendar, and strong organization skills. Qualifications Legal Document Preparation skills, CLIO Draft (formerly LawYaw) experience preferred Excellent Communication skills Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Attention to detail Minimum 1 year Experience in Family Law required
