The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting armed security guards and commercial truck drivers and is comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle in both French and English.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer acceptanceRecruit armed guards, truck drivers, and other high-volume operational rolesConduct interviews and candidate assessments in French and EnglishBuild candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcingCoordinate background checks, licensing requirements, and other pre-employment stepsPartner closely with hiring managers and provide regular pipeline updatesMaintain accurate candidate and hiring information in the ATSRequirementsProfessional fluency in French and EnglishPrevious recruiting experience in CanadaDemonstrated experience recruiting armed guards and truck driversStrong knowledge of high-volume and operational recruitingExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentEngagement DetailsContract length: Minimum six months, with potential for extensionLocation: Remote within CanadaSchedule: Full-time contract
