You will lead, motivate and support the professional development of staff in the commercial department You will be responsible for invoicing for media, project and service-related products You will independently prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements You carry out the monthly target-actual comparison and analyse any variances You produce ad hoc reports and prepare key performance indicators to support decision-making You will be responsible for receivables management, including monitoring outstanding items Together with the division managers, you will develop the monthly rolling budget planning and the annual budget You will post and analyse data in SAP R/3 (CO and FI modules) You will identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimise processes You will liaise internally with the IT and Procurement departments You hold a degree in business administration You have several years’ professional experience in controlling, accounting and/or commercial facility management You have already gained some management experience Proficiency in SAP R/3 (CO and FI modules) is a given for you Thanks to your affinity for IT, you are confident in using Microsoft Office You are characterised by your business acumen and commercial mindset You have a service- and customer-oriented approach You work independently, meticulously and reliably You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team when liaising with department heads and specialist departments flexible working time arrangements to help you achieve a good work-life balance What you can always count on at persona service: A monthly allowance of €50 towards your travel costs, depending on the role – e.g.
