Sushi Mania Japanese Restaurant is Japanese-style cuisine located in Vancouver. We are hiring a full-time Cook who is prepared to deliver exquisite Japanese dining experience to our customers. Position: Cook Vacancy: 1 Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Inspect kitchens and food service areas • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Clean kitchen and work areas Requirement: – Completion of secondary school is required.

– 2 years or more of experience as a commercial cook is required. – Japanese-style food cook experience could be an asset.
