Line Cook – Vietnamese Kitchen Vin Vin | Midtown, New York, NY Vin Vin is a Vietnamese concept from Budapest, now arriving in New York with elevated Vietnamese cuisine in a casual setting. We're looking for reliable line cooks to join a busy, close-knit Midtown kitchen. Responsibilities Prep and cook menu items to recipe and plating standards Work a station (grill, fry, cold, or pho/soup) during service Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow NYC DOH food safety and sanitation rules Support the team and communicate clearly during service Requirements 1+ year of restaurant kitchen experience (we'll train the right attitude) Ability to work fast, stay calm, and take direction Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Able to stand for long shifts and lift 40 lbs
