CPT-11568 Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities Build, format, schedule, and QA email marketing campaigns Manage email lists, segments, and campaign data Schedule and publish social media content using Metricool Research local advertising, sponsorship, and networking opportunities Perform basic on-page SEO updates and keyword tracking Review deliverables from designers and web developers for accuracy Assemble monthly client marketing snapshots and performance reports Maintain organized marketing files and campaign assets Requirements Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign) Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools WordPress experience Strong organizational and project-management skills Ability to manage deadlines independently Strong written English and professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Metricool Canva or basic graphic design experience Experience working with real estate or homebuilder clients Experience with CRM or project management software (ClickUp preferred) Benefits Competitive rates Weekly payments Free training and upskilling Constant support and guidance Access to a vibrant community About the Company 20four7VA is a boutique fractional-CMO firm serving homebuilders, real estate companies, and founder-led businesses, providing remote services to clients worldwide.
