We’re looking for a CQ Lead to join a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for a CQ Lead to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.
What you’ll deliver: Lead all CQV activities associated with packaging systems and integrated production lines.Develop and implement CQV strategies, schedules, and execution plans.Manage CQV engineers, contractors, and vendor resources.Ensure safe execution of commissioning and qualification activities in alignment with site EHS standards.Drive project schedule adherence and milestone achievement.
Experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.Extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.Strong experience leading CQV or Validation activities on GMP capital projects.Proven experience qualifying automated packaging systems.Experience supporting startup and operational readiness activities.
