Crew foreman

Position Summary Maple Crest Construction is seeking an experienced Crew Foreman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled construction professional who can lead by example, maintain high-quality workmanship, effectively manage crews on job sites, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a Crew Foreman, you will oversee daily project activities, coordinate team members, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and uphold the craftsmanship standards that define Maple Crest Construction.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on residential exterior projects. Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow. Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and company quality standards. Train and mentor crew members while fostering a positive team environment. Communicate professionally with customers and project managers. Maintain safe and organized job sites.

Troubleshoot field challenges and develop practical solutions. Monitor materials, equipment, and job progress. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.
