Customer Service Rep (Sales Dept)

ONE Industries is seeking experienced Customer Service Reps with 2 years experience, preferably with a Moto or apparel background to take and process incoming phone orders, provide inside sales support, answer customer questions and perform account maintenance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include: * Heavy customer contact via fax, phone and email. * Heavy data entry, shipment tracking, RMAs, along with the research and resolution of customer, product and service issues for both retailers and retail customers.

Candidates need to be highly motivated, dependable, outgoing, with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Have a professional/ positive attitude, pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team. Accuracy, computer literacy and the ability to multi-task with outstanding follow through on all tasks will be paramount to the success of this position.
