We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and dynamic team.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day order and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and professional service.Process orders and invoices, updating quotes and orders based on project changes, and verifying pricing, product, and shipping details.Coordinate shipments and project requirements while managing multiple orders accurately and efficiently.Proactively resolve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.Please note: The position does not involve high-volume inbound or outbound calling.

Customer communication is primarily handled through email, with occasional phone calls. The role is primarily focused on email communication, order processing, and project coordination. What You Bring:2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or a similar administrative roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong professional email-writing abilities; Spanish is an assetStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP/ERP experience is an assetHigh school diploma or post-secondary educationWhy Join Amico?
