Position Info: ·         Position: Food Service Supervisor ·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent ·         Wage: $19.50-$20.00/hour (depending on experience) ·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week ·         Number of Positions:  2 ·         Work Location: 385 Main St, Cardston, AB T0K 0K0 Benefits: ·         4 % vacation pay Job Duties: ·         Coordinate daily activities of staff preparing and portioning food items ·         Order and maintain adequate inventory of food and kitchen supplies ·         Instruct new and current staff on job duties, sanitation, and food safety protocols ·         Monitor food preparation and service to confirm quality control standards are met ·         Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner ·         Track stock levels, repairs, sales figures, and wastage records ·         Develop and assign staff work schedules ·         Balance cash drawers and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation ·         Carry out opening and closing procedures for the location ·         Check the store regularly to confirm safety conditions are maintained Job Requirements: ·         Language: English ·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required ·         Experience: 2-3 years of food service experience with supervisory duties is required How to Apply: ·         Company information: 543033 Alberta Ltd.
