Local Non-Profit Organization seeking Dance Instructors (and assistants) for immediate hire to teach daily classes including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Rhythm & Movement, & Drill Prep. Any candidate that is also skilled in Cheer, would be a plus! Must be passionate about dance with a strong concern for community development. Must be patient and love working with children. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
Must have clean background. Duties & Responsibilities: Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift to prepare for class Construct a weekly lesson plan Create & implement fun activities relevant to class Clean up after each class Promote the studio & it’s programs Qualifications: Passion for Dance and working with children 1 year teaching experience Strong ability for parent communication Background in program and lesson plan development Understanding of class management and teaching methods Also seeking instructors with experience in Cheer, Yoga, Zumba, & Fitness.
