Success in this role comes from strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights in a way that drives action.If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or Excel, and collaborating with stakeholders to influence outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role working with large datasets- Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query- Advanced Excel skills- Intermediate proficiency in Python or R-Experience or interest in AI tools and application-Master's degree from Laurier, Queens, Ivey or RotmanWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
