In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenant accounts, rental collections, leasing administration, tenant documentation and day-to-day account queries while ensuring accurate and efficient administration across the property portfolio. ?? The Highlights: ? Salary: R240,000 per annum ? Scope: Debtors, rental collections, leasing & tenant administration ? Location: Observatory, Cape Town ?
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time ? Industry: Student Accommodation / Property What You Need: ? 2–4 years' experience in debtors, rental administration, credit control or property administration ? Hands-on experience with rental collections, debtor ageing and arrears follow-ups ? Experience with leasing administration, tenant onboarding and lease documentation ? Strong reconciliation and payment allocation skills ?
Experience handling tenant queries and account discrepancies ? High level of accuracy and attention to detail ? Strong Excel and accounting/property management system skills ? Experience with MDA, PayProp, WeConnectU or similar systems will be advantageous ? Property, rental or student accommodation experience will be highly advantageous ?
