The Billabong Design Team wants to consider you as a candidate for this Designer - Juniors Swimwear position. In order to do this we would like you to supply us with all available samples, support materials, and anything else you can think of as soon as possible to paint a picture of how your design skills, sense-of-style, and personality will fit into our department. If you have multiple items to send, please send them directly to [email protected] Duties to include, but not limited to the following: This is a swimwear and boardshort design position. - Design swim and boardshort’s for juniors market, develop prints: engineered & repeat, - Graphics: logos, graphic placements, as well as all trim & styling details. - Follow direction from design director, perform market research, and develop creative, innovative, leading fashion designs: sketches, multiple colorways etc...
Key Requirements: *Minimum 3 years experience in swim or related design. *Creative and detail oriented, and highly motivated team player. *Excellent time management skills to meet frequent deadlines. *Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. *Pro-active with a solution/result oriented attitude. *Must be MAC computer proficient in Applications - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook.
