Digital/Social Media Intern

- Support the Digital Marketing team in managing and developing content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. - Assist in creating and adapting social media content, including captions, short-form videos, photos and basic visual materials, in line with brand guidelines. - Research social media trends, content formats, trending topics, hashtags and competitor activities to support content planning.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly/weekly social media content calendars. - Support the execution of social media campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities. - Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic reports on reach, engagement, views and other key metrics. - Assist with community management by monitoring comments, messages and interactions on social media channels.

- Perform other marketing and digital-related tasks as assigned.
