Director of Digital Well-Being

The Director of Digital Well-Being will lead Be Loud's work helping young people and the adults around them build a healthier relationship with technology. Building on our work with Harvard's Center for Digital Thriving , the Pass the Mic fellowship , and local school and community partners, this person will take a promising pilot and make it a lasting part of what Be Loud does. You'll spend some days in a classroom running a workshop and others pitching a nonprofit organization on a partnership.

We want someone who likes both kinds of work and has ideas of their own about where this should go. Preferred Start January 2027, with flexibility for educators completing the school year
