💸$180 - $200K Base + Bonus + Equity Responsibilities: Own, oversee and improve the entire transmission and interconnection process of the organization. Evaluate potential sites through technical and grid capacity assessments. Build tools and processes that streamline technical diligence. Translate engineering constraints into clear guidance for development and commercial teams. Coordinate with utilities, ISOs, and external partners to advance projects.
Requirements: 8+ years in interconnection, transmission planning or power systems engineering for large-scale power generation projects. Bachelors degree in electrical, power systems engineering or other relevant fields. Proficiency with modeling and design tools (AutoCAD, GIS etc.).
