Dock Worker

To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 861252 Malone is hiring dock workers to support a major cross-dock operation in Memphis moving pre-destined, pre-labeled containers. The Dock Worker is responsible for loading, unloading, organizing, and moving materials and products in a factory or warehouse shipping and receiving area. This role ensures that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Position Details: 1 st shift M-F 6AM-2:30PM paying $19 per hour 2 nd shift M-F 3PM-11:30PM paying $20 per hour Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies. Organize inventory in designated storage areas. Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging products. Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory records.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized loading dock. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or inventory shortages to supervisors. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Qualifications: Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or dock experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
