Job Type: Full-time Minimum USD Salary: 70,000 Maximum USD Salary: 100,000 Location Type: On-site • Job Details: • Job Title: DX Consultant / Senior Consultant • Client: Global IT Company • Working Location: New York • Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (DOE) • Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt • Language: Strong English communication skills required; Japanese preferred • What will you do: • Support clients in driving digital transformation initiatives and improving business processes • Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution • Provide consulting services and recommendations on technology-driven solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement innovative solutions • Leverage Microsoft technologies, AI solutions, and data analytics to enhance organizational performance • Support business development activities and technology-related sales initiatives as needed • Required Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in one or more of the following areas: – Digital Transformation (DX) – Consulting – Project Management – Technology-driven Sales – Engineering – Related technology or business fields • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Preferred: • Japanese language proficiency • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies • Knowledge of AI solutions and applications • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence • Proven involvement in digital transformation initiatives • Consulting experience in enterprise technology environments
