A well-established, highly prestigious and globally recognised organisation is looking for an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to join their technology team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will set technical direction, contribute to delivery, and work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to build integrations that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Leading the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across Azure, covering Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs. You will drive best practices for event-driven, message-based, and API-led architectures, while mentoring the team and ensuring delivery meets enterprise standards for performance and reliability. Solid hands-on experience building enterprise integration solutions in Azure Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration Experience with event-driven, microservices, and serverless architectures CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing experience Development background in .NET/C# or equivalent Ability to lead a technical team while remaining close to the code Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders Power Platform experience is a plus.
