Escrow Officer Job Responsibilities : - Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.

- Read closing instructions and balance file. - Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks. -Contacts title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve. -Responsible for receiving closing packages from notary signers. -Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents. -Handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.

-Reviews title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received. -Prepares title policy and reviews recordings for accuracy and forwards the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department. We look forward to hearing from you. -Must have a high school diploma or equivalent -3+ years title/escrow experience -Signing authority is a must -Excellent computer skills -Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
