Obtain necessary approvals to process orders. Process orders into the Point of Sale system accurately. Total the guest check notating applicable approval codes (hotel charge, credit card, cash, etc…) Notify management of any guest complaints. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies to include but not limited to health and safety. Effective problem solving skills to include the ability to collaborate with others.

Become familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide guest assistances.
