Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician West Boylston, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pay: $28/hour Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Paint, power wash, and maintain floors, walls, doors, and other building areas Replace light bulbs and complete basic repair work Assist with simple equipment repairs as needed Conduct routine inspections Use a handheld device to receive and update work orders Complete scheduled maintenance tasks on time Help with other maintenance duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of maintenance or related experience Experience with painting, basic repairs, and general building maintenance Reliable, flexible, and willing to help with different tasks as needed Team player with a positive attitude …Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
