-Oversee overall factory operations and manage production processes for agricultural products sourced in Thailand destined for Japan-Insure strict adherence to international food safety and quality control standards- Lead the development and commercialization of new food products from concept to launch, meeting Japanese market quality standards and consumer preferences-Manage the supply chain, cold chain logistics, and timely export scheduling to Japan-Lead, train, and supervise local factory staff and management teams to maintain high productivity and workplace safety-Monitor operational costs, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality-Coordinate closely with the headquarters in Japan regarding production plans, quality reports, and export compliance* Salary: Negotiate (Depend on skills and experience)* Others: Working Day/Time: Mon to Fri (Saturday work 1time/Month) / 8:30-17:30-Social Security-Uniform etc.
