Operations Management- Develop, execute, and monitor the overall production plan for the factory. Maximize production efficiency by strengthening collaboration between departments.Quality & Cost Control- Maintain and improve the quality management system based on standards like ISO/IATF 16949. Enhance cost competitiveness by optimizing production processes and reviewing raw material costs.Safety & Environmental Management- Ensure compliance with all legal and internal regulations to create and maintain a safe, accident-free work environment.
Promote initiatives to reduce environmental impact.Talent Development & Organization- Plan and implement employee training and development programs to boost motivation. Foster teamwork to improve overall organizational performance.Strategic Contribution- Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute strategies for achieving factory goals.
