Field Sales Engineer – Texas

⚡ Ready to be the go-to sales expert for critical power across the TOLA region? I’m looking for a driven, relationship-focused Field Sales Engineer to own the TX, LA, OK, AR, and MS region and grow an established network of electrical contractors. You’ll be the face of the business on the ground, consulting with contractors, shaping the right power solutions, and turning those relationships into real revenue.

🚀 What You’ll Do Own and grow the TOLA region, working closely with electrical contractors and end users Prospect, build, and manage a strong sales pipeline (Salesforce) Consult with customers on power generation needs and design solutions that actually fit Provide technical guidance on generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and engineered solutions Get out there: Trade shows, site visits, and in-person meetings to grow your market presence What You Bring 5–10 years of technical B2B sales experience in the electric & power generation space Solid understanding of industrial power systems, diesel gen, switchgear, energy storage, UPS, microgrids, and more Experience selling complex, turnkey projects A hunter mentality and the ability to build relationships at every level of an organization Bachelor’s in engineering or a related technical field (preferred), and willingness to travel the region Why Join?
