Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits $65,000–$80,000 , based on experience Health insurance available Dental insurance available Paid time off Employee discounts Employee profit sharing after one year of continuous service Complimentary hotel room on your birthday after one year of continuous service Stable, established hospitality organization Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, successful shifts Hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage restaurant team members Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and service Create a welcoming environment and ensure guests have a positive dining experience Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally Oversee opening and closing procedures Maintain restaurant and company operating standards Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety requirements Make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment Support restaurant performance through effective labor and shift management Restaurant Manager Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and team-development skills Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable making decisions and solving problems during busy shifts Ability to remain composed when handling guest concerns or unexpected operational issues Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Dependable with consistent, predictable attendance Looking for a restaurant management opportunity where great hospitality still matters—and where staying with the company actually pays off?
