Duties & Responsibilities Food preparation to ensure the delivery of quality products Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table Follow recipe and preparation guidelines to exceed guest expectations Educate guests by presenting and explaining menu options Generate revenue by attracting new customers through engagement Maintain inventories, stock products, maintain equipment Perform open/closing duties along with staff scheduling Ensure proper food safety and sanitation through cleanliness, proper food rotation and labeling Enhance outlet reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
