About the Role We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives with a valid Forklift Licence to join a busy food production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production experience who is comfortable working a rotating shift pattern. Key Responsibilities Working as part of a busy food production team Operating production machinery and equipment safely Preparing, processing and packaging food products Loading, unloading and moving materials using a forklift Ensuring production targets and quality standards are maintained Completing production and quality checks Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Working effectively as part of a team Requirements Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production environment is an advantage Valid Forklift Licence is essential Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good understanding of health & safety procedures What We Offer €15.56 per hour Additional shift bonus Full-time hours Weekly rotating shift pattern – days one week / nights the next Stable employment with an established food production company Full training provided Opportunity for ongoing development and progression
