Work alongside teachers to create engaging and positive learning experiences. Deliver small-group interventions to boost pupils' confidence and attainment. Provide one-to-one support for pupils who require additional guidance.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation in lessons. Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Who Would Be a Great Fit? We welcome applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant. Graduates in Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, Sports Coaching, or related subjects.
