We have a tight-knit dev team of 8 looking to add another strong developer to our ranks! This would be FULLY REMOTE and Ideally be located in the Eastern Time Zone to support our nationwide operations. Position Overview: As a Ruby On Rails Developer, you will be responsible for developing the back-end of web applications, ensuring that they are built with optimal performance, scalability, and security.
You will also be an integral part of the team, ensuring that the front-end components and back-end components fit together seamlessly and that the web applications are modern and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Help maintain code integrity and organization. Implement security measures to protect data. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them. Perform code reviews and suggest improvements.
