We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Handyman to join our team full-time to help maintain and improve our properties.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform general property maintenance and repairs across multiple properties.Handle basic plumbing tasks: unclogging drains, repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, etc.Perform simple electrical work: replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers, etc.Diagnose and complete minor HVAC repairs and maintenance (knowledge of HVAC systems is a big plus).Complete carpentry and drywall repairs, door/window fixes, painting, and other handyman tasks.Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide cost-effective repair solutions.Perform preventative maintenance to reduce long-term repair costs.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.Maintain…
