General Manager

Chef Thomas Keller is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join our team. Be a leading force in the restaurant in the role of General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for setting the tone of the restaurant—creating an environment rooted in excellence, collaboration, mentorship and a genuine desire to make our guests and one another feel cared for.

The ideal candidate is a confident and engaged leader who leads by example, communicates openly, develops others and brings people together around a common purpose. They have an uncompromising attention to detail while recognizing that the strongest teams are built through trust, accountability and meaningful opportunities for others to grow. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of management experience in a similar chef-driven environment , a strong desire for knowledge, a profound interest in food and wine, and the drive to continually raise the standards of our profession.

Experience leading complex, high-volume operations and serving high-profile guests is preferred. Beyond technical expertise, we seek a leader who demonstrates sound business judgment, thoughtful decision-making and a commitment to operational excellence. This individual should be comfortable setting clear expectations, following through on commitments, having difficult conversations when necessary and holding themselves and others accountable to our standards.

Equally important is the ability to build an exceptional team to recognize talent, develop future leaders, delegate with trust and surround oneself with individuals who bring different strengths, experiences and perspectives.
