We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead one of our Boston restaurants.

ABOUT THE ROLE The General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Working closely with ownership and group leadership, you will establish clear expectations, maintain consistent standards, and ensure the team is prepared for every service.
This position requires an active presence on the floor, strong communication, and the ability to coach employees in the moment. You should be comfortable making decisions, addressing performance issues directly, and following through until problems are resolved. RESPONSIBILITIES Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience • Lead daily operations and maintain a visible presence during service, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure the restaurant, team, and service stations are fully prepared before opening. • Maintain consistent standards for hospitality, food and beverage execution, cleanliness, and presentation. • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and follow-through. • Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support accurate orders, proper pacing, and timely service.
• Over
