2. Prepare meals for the crew. 3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 4. Manage the galley staff. 5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the galley. Required Qualifications: Steward certificate. Basic maritime training. STCW certification. Strong work ethic and communication skills. Experience in Product Oil Tanker Operations.
