Position Info: Position: Meat Department Manager – Retail Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $44.72 ~ $45.00/hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week Number of Positions:  1 Work Location: 14390 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y3   Benefits: 4% vacation pay Dental and Extended Medical Benefits   Job Duties: Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of departments engaged in retail sales Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies Locate, evaluate, and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues Manage staffing needs, including the hiring, training, and retention of employees   Job requirements: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required Education: Completion of secondary school is required Language: English   How to Apply: Company information: Glory Food Ltd.
