Guest Event Expert

The role The Guest Relations Concierge owns our front-door relationship as the evening moves into late night: guest recognition, reservations, guest lists, capacity, and hospitality. This is a hospitality role, not a security position. What you’ll do Manage guest arrival and late-night entry flow. Recognize regulars, VIPs, reservation holders, and invited guests. Coordinate guest lists with management and Guest Experience Coordinators.

Apply our written admission, dress, conduct, and capacity standards fairly and consistently to every guest. Build relationships while protecting the atmosphere of the room. What we’re looking for Luxury hotel, concierge, nightlife, or guest-relations experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Chicago hospitality and nightlife. Strong memory for names and faces. Confidence without arrogance; calm, professional de-escalation.

Able to stand for a full shift at the entrance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
