The La Rozavère Foundation brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its system also includes a Preparation and Waiting Structure for EMS Accommodation (SPAH), an Adapted Housing with Support (LADA) and a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT). YOUR MISSION Participate in the implementation and development of the resident's support project and in individual and collective activities Assist with psychiatric liaison and report observations Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the residents' resources and limitations Observe the resident's health status and transmit the collected information Support residents in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy, independence and social connection Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with residents' relatives and families while respecting your scope of competence Maintain care equipment and the resident's environment Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
YOUR PROFILE You hold a Red Cross 120-hour certificate or an equivalent qualification You hold a certificate as a psychiatric companion for the elderly (FAP), an advantage You are proficient with common IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing You embody trust, authenticity and respect You have excellent stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects You demonstrate dynamism, motivation and good adaptability.
