Serve as the Program Manager for the Federal AI Sandbox program, leading planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, operational oversight, and reporting to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. Manage acquisition-related activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements definition, planning, coordination, schedule management, risk management, implementation oversight, and transition to operations for High Performance Computing capabilities.
Serve as a central point of coordination for sponsor and integrator engagement activities related to HPC, AI, and mission-enabling technology programs. Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestone tracking, action item logs, risk registers, and status reporting. Prepare executive-level briefings, sponsor communications, and decision support materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical, operational, and programmatic dependencies are understood and managed. Monitor program performance, identify risks and issues early, and drive mitigation plans to maintain cost, schedule, and mission objectives. Support financial planning, resource coordination, and prioritization across multiple related workstreams.
