Hiring Physical Director

Role and responsibilities :- Must deliver appropriate curriculum to teach the sport. Assesses players skill, monitor players during competition and practice, and keeps the sports coordinator informed of the athletic performance of students. Assists with determining game strategy. Follows established procedures in the event of an athletes injury. Distributes equipment, supplies, and uniforms to students as directed by the sports coordinator.

Attends staff development meetings, clinics and other professional activities to improve coaching performance. A coach must be reliable, responsible, and compassionate.
