Role Description We're looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of experience supporting social media operations. You'll help manage day to day content execution, engage with online communities, and keep our social channels organized and running smoothly. Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms Create and format captions based on provided content Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor engagement and flag opportunities or issues Assist with content planning and maintaining a content calendar Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics Track basic social media analytics and prepare weekly reports Perform other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant Experience managing business social media accounts Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Excellent written English and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Self motivated and able to work independently Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Reliable high speed internet and a quiet workspace Requirements Basic graphic design skills in Canva Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools Experience with influencer outreach Experience using Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello Customer service experience
