Host Responsibilities Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude. Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently. Answer phones and take reservations. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times accurately. Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table rotation. Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance. Assist with takeout orders as needed.

Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
